Training team discussing notes around a table

About

We teach breakout validation as a craft: careful range definition, honest participation checks, and written invalidation — from a quiet base in Minbrie, South Australia.

Origin

Built for students tired of false breaks

Intelli Software Co began as a small study circle for chart readers who kept marking every close beyond resistance as a confirmed breakout. The name reflects an early consulting chapter; the classroom today is about technical analysis practice, not software products.

Sessions stay deliberately small. Instructors mark charts beside students, dispute vague language, and leave room for mild disagreement — because markets do not reward certainty theatre.

How we work with students

Every programme starts from charts you already watch. We do not invent exotic instruments for the classroom. Pre-reads are short. Most class time is spent labelling, scoring, and revising breakout claims under instructor review.

Remote learners across Australia receive the same worksheet pack and join live video with scheduled pause points so questions do not pile on top of each other.

Values we keep visible

  • Education only — no personal financial product advice and no signal lists.
  • Language precision — “looks strong” is not a checklist entry.
  • Revision is normal — failed breakouts belong in the journal, not the bin.
