These terms govern use of intellisoftwareco.digital and enrolment in training offered by Intelli Software Co (“we”, “us”), based at 90 Black Point Drive,Minbrie,South Australia,5602,Australia.

Educational purpose

Our programmes teach technical analysis methods, including breakout validation. Content is educational. It is not personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative, or an invitation to engage in a financial service beyond training.

Enrolment

A place is confirmed when we accept your enrolment in writing and any required deposit or fee is received according to the invoice we send. Website forms are enquiries only; this site does not process payments.

Student responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, arrive prepared with the charts requested for your programme, and refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent. Materials supplied for class remain our intellectual property and may not be republished or sold.

Conduct

We may remove a student from a session for disruptive behaviour or misuse of classroom materials. In that case, refund eligibility follows the refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after training. Our total liability for any claim related to a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
