What we collect

We collect name, email address, phone number when provided, programme interest, message content from enquiry forms, and enrolment details needed to deliver training. Technical logs may include IP address and basic browser information for security and diagnostics.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage enrolments, deliver worksheets and session details, improve classroom scheduling, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing enrolment or dispute. Enrolment records are retained for seven years for accounting and consumer-law purposes, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.

International transfers

If a service provider stores data outside Australia (for example email hosting), we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable Australian privacy law.
